started it?
Do you have any idea for launching startup? If you have then
share it with us.
Or mention a problem found in your society/surrounding what you
can resolve with technology.
Feel free to talk about startup whatever you know. If you have

It is not an easy task to disscuss about startup in english but

Well this is my explanation.
Startup is pre or starting stage for your
large scale business or for big company. When you will start it. But you are
not sure about it that it can works or not. Or about your future earning resources.
You have to take some problem then have to find out solution or service. Then
have to get some customers. Last of all you need a great team for running this
whole system. You can use technology to do it in better way.

Welcome to today's adda everyone.
According to Wikipedia
A startup or start up is a company
initiated by individual founders or entrepreneurs to search for a repeatable
and scalable business model.
To put it simply, a startup is a company.
Why people create company? The answer is, to do business.
If you look at all the successful
businesses like Toyota, Coca Cola, Pepsi, Google, all of them started small but
went on to become top global brands earning billions of dollars in revenue.
Print media and electronic media repeatedly tell stories of these companies.
That is all good but how big or successful a business can become depends on
many factors- business model, vision, mission, capacity of the business person
etc.
But I noticed one common thing about these
successful companies. Founders of these companies did not just do busiess to
make profit. They were very dedicated. They had a vision. They wanted to do
something better for their people, for their country. They wanted to address a
problem. For this reason, they became highly successful.
Hence, the first thing you must do before
starting your own business, is ask yourself- "Why I want to start this
business?" Is it just because I only want to make money or I want to
address an existing problem and solve it through your business? or I want to
sell quality products to people.
If you ask me this question then my answer
is, I believe that no one should get into business only for making money. I
believe that any person who starts his business with that kind of mindset is
bound to fail. Razib Ahmed vai did not start Search English with this idea that
he will earn crores of taka. He had a specific vision. He wanted to create a
platform where people will come and practice English. They will make English
their strength.

adding or changing features to the original product or service. So, while the
focus is on idea and how effectively that idea can be transformed into products
or services, a start-up carries with it a lot of uncertainties. In fact, around
9 out of every 10 start ups fail to sustain in the long run. That is why making
huge investments at an early stage is not encouraged by the experts, barring
some necessary exceptions.
Just because high-risk is involved in a
start-up does not mean it is based entirely on assumptions, or guesses; rather
this high-risk factor emphasizes even more on knowledge- knowing the market
well, the potential customers and their behaviors, and many other factors
regarding the implementation of the product or service.
Another important thing is that start-ups
generally take a few years to grow and reach at a stage where you can make some
profit. So, patience and never-give-up mentality are the key to sustain in the
market.
